Keeping in view that there is a limited availability of hostel seats, it has been decided to allot Hostel Seats strictly on a First come, First serve basis. You are advised to exercise your option for hostel seats through the link given below. Please note that the allocation will be completed only if the entire process is completed, including the Fee Payment.
Keeping in view the duration you will spend in the hostels during this academic session, the fee is required to be deposited as under:
a. First Year Students : 75 % of the annual fees
b. Senior Students: 50% of the Annual Fee
*Please note that the aforementioned concession in the Hostel Fee has already been provisioned on the link given below, and the reduced payable fee will be visible to you while booking your Hostel Room.

Grafest Advisory
All students have been mailed their E-Passes for Campus Entry for the Celebrity Nights under GRAFEST 2023.
The pass is valid for single entry and will be scanned at GATE No. 2 for all 3 Days.
The link will automatically have your updated pass for Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 of GRAFEST 2023.
Here are important points that you need to be aware of before planning your visit to GRAFEST
1. ENTRY for students into GRAFEST 2023 will be only through GATE No. 2
2. All students are required to carry their University Identity Cards to enter the premises of the University. No student will be allowed into the campus without valid University Identity Cards.
3. The Grafest E-Pass made available to you in the above link is a mandatory item for all students to be able to attend the Celebrity Night.
4. The pass will be scanned at the Entry Point for the Fest and will be a one-way ticket. Once inside the venue, students are advised not to leave, as anyone who leaves will be denied re-entry.
5. One pass will allow only a single person entry. Please do not share your pass with anyone, as this would mean you will not be able to attend the fest.
6. We advise you to secure your entry into the campus latest by 6 PM on each day, so as to avoid any kind of inconvenience due to last minute rush.
7. In case any of your classmates/friends studying at Graphic Era haven’t received their passes due to their Email IDs not being updated, they can immediately reach out to their department faculties and get their E-Mail Updated. Pass Issuing will be closed by 3:00 PM today.
SECURITY / BEHAVIOURAL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. No bags (College Bags, Sling Bags, Backpacks etc.) will be permitted inside the campus for the celebrity night. For female students, small handbags, clutches will be allowed. No additional bags will be allowed. Please note and make your arrangements accordingly.
2. The campus entry will be videographer and will be equipped with Breathalyzers and Alcometers - Any student found to be under the influence of Alcohol or any other intoxicant will be denied entry into the campus and will also face disciplinary action. Your security is of paramount importance and we expect you to follow this instruction with utmost sincerity and enjoy the fest responsibly.
3. Any individual found even as much as trying to imposter as a Graphic Era Student trying to enter the campus without permission will be dealt with seriously - Heavy Police Personnel Deployment at the campus will ensure the same.
4. BUSES will operate for the convenience of the students while also ensuring safe departure of the students. Students are advised to ensure their timings, whereabouts are informed to their parents and local guardians.
5. Speedy Driving, Triple Riding, Riding without Helmets, Driving under the influence of an intoxicant, hooliganism of any kind by any individual will be dealt very severely by Uttarakhand Police who are a part of the arrangements of GRAFEST at all times this year.
All of the aforementioned points are meant to ensure that all Graphians are able to enjoy the most awaited cultural fest of the year with utmost ease, with utmost safety and reach their homes safe and sound after the events. In case of any emergencies, requests, issues, the organising team at the venue can be reached out to.
The campus will be equipped with Medical Facilities and EMTs for handling any kind of medical emergencies.
